The warranty claim process is simple:

1. Register your product online through our Product Registration page.
2. To file a claim, contact your local Adam service center via phone, email, or online chat.
3. If our Technical team cannot resolve the issue over the phone, you’ll be asked to send the product in for a thorough inspection and evaluation. We’ll then provide you with the evaluation details.
4. If repairs are needed, our qualified service engineers will fix your product and return it to you.
5. If the issue is covered by the warranty but cannot be repaired, we’ll replace the product at no cost.
