CLAIM PROCESS:
The warranty claim process is simple:
- Register your product online through our Product Registration page.
- To file a claim, contact your local Adam service center via phone, email, or online chat.
- If our Technical team cannot resolve the issue over the phone, you’ll be asked to send the product in for a thorough inspection and evaluation. We’ll then provide you with the evaluation details.
- If repairs are needed, our qualified service engineers will fix your product and return it to you.
- If the issue is covered by the warranty but cannot be repaired, we’ll replace the product at no cost.
